My sister told me my 'perfect' sourdough was actually kind of bland
She said it needed more salt, which I'd been skimping on for years. Has anyone else had a simple tip totally change their go-to recipe?

Bland is a strong word. It's just bread, not a gourmet meal. A little less salt never hurt anyone.
