Had a day last week where every single bolt came out smooth

I was doing a timing belt on a 2012 Honda Accord last Wednesday, and normally I fight with rusted bolts for half the job. But that day, every bolt from the crank pulley to the tensioner turned with just a ratchet, no breaker bar needed. Has anyone else had a random perfect day where the car just cooperated for no reason?

Read somewhere that Honda's use some kind of anti-seize from the factory on certain bolts, maybe you caught them on a good day lol. That's wild though, those crank pulley bolts are usually a nightmare.

Oh man, @michaeljones you might be onto something there! I've heard that too, like Honda dips certain bolts in some magic goo before shipping them out (probably to mess with our heads later lol). Those crank pulley bolts are usually a total beast, so getting one that comes out easy is like winning a tiny lottery. Maybe the factory techs just decided to be nice that day and really slathered it on. Either way, count yourself lucky and don't question it too hard, just move fast before the bolt gods change their mind!
