Bought a $12 label maker after 2 years of guessing what was in my storage bins

I kept buying duplicates of tools and spices because I couldn't see inside those plastic totes stacked in my basement. My neighbor in Phoenix finally showed me how labeling just the lids took her 20 minutes, not the whole afternoon I assumed. Has anyone else found a faster system for keeping track of what's actually in those boxes?

Nah, Phoenix heat melts those sticker labels fast. Use a marker on tape instead.
