Noticed a big change in how my neighbor's house handles the sun
They had that old, light brown stucco that just baked in the heat for years. Last fall, they painted it a much lighter, almost white color. This summer, the difference is huge. Their AC unit runs way less than mine does now, and you can feel it's cooler just standing near the wall. Has anyone else seen a big drop in their electric bill after a paint job like that?

Wow, talk about a free upgrade. Your neighbor basically turned their house into a giant sun reflector. My place still soaks up heat like a sponge. Guess I should've picked a color other than "midnight furnace." Makes you wonder what else we're doing wrong, right?
