The day my uncle called my air fryer chicken 'rubber boots'

He took one bite at the family barbecue last July and said it tasted like I cooked it in a hair dryer. I had the temperature at 400 for 18 minutes on bone-in thighs and they came out dry as sawdust. What temp and time do you use for chicken thighs that actually stays juicy?

Used to crank it to 400 without thinking, but 375 for 25 minutes changed my mind hard.

Yeah 375 for 25 is the sweet spot I've settled on too. Going lower and longer really lets everything get that Perfect even color without the burnt edges. It's the difference between a good bake and a GREAT one honestly.
