Vent: My AI scheduling tool ruined my whole week

I run a small plumbing crew and tried this new AI scheduling software. It was supposed to auto-optimize routes and job times. First day it sent two guys to the same address at 8am. Another job got scheduled for 2am. I spent 4 hours fixing that mess. Then the app kept crashing mid-day. Lost a $1200 job because my guy showed up 3 hours late. The customer called and said "your AI is dumber than a dead squirrel." Anybody else had a tool that just made things worse instead of better?

Your AI is dumber than a dead squirrel" is gonna be my new company motto. Sounds like that software needs to be flushed down the toilet along with the dead squirrel.

I mean, @rosep87, I've actually found this AI pretty helpful for basic stuff, maybe the squirrel just needs new batteries or something.
