TIL that AI art tools at a local conference made me rethink creativity entirely
At a small tech meetup in Portland last month, I watched a guy generate a full illustration from a three-word prompt, but then another artist spent an hour tweaking the same prompt to get it right. Is this making art more accessible or just killing the craft?

Just ask yourself if the tool did your thinking for you or if you still made it your own.

Read an interview with a writer who said they use AI to break through the blank page, but then they rewrite everything in their own voice. That stuck with me, makes sense that the real work starts after the tool spits something out.
