inI figured keeping elbows high helps front squats, but a gym regular said to drop them. Now I do, and it's better.
Yeah when people told me to drop my elbows it totally made "my chest cave in" too. I fixed it by using lifting straps looped around the bar (takes the wrist bend out completely). Lets me keep my elbows up where they need to be without the joint pain.
