Just realized how bad our plastic waste is at the salon

So, I was taking out the trash yesterday and almost tripped over a bag full of empty product bottles. It hit me that we're basically creating a mini landfill every week. I brought it up at our team meeting, and everyone was kinda shocked too. We started looking into refill options, but man, some of those systems are pricey. We did find a brand that lets you send back containers for recycling, which is cool. But now we're debating if the people who come in will care or if it's just extra work. What do you all think?
