Actually that scenario is kind of annoying. Dude was just trying to work. Probably exhausted, sun in his eyes. Your unfolded map looks exactly like those laminated tourist menus they all have. Not his fault you couldn't ask for the comida in basic Spanish.

The 1518 Strasbourg records mentioning 400 dancers always seemed exaggerated to me. I used to dismiss these accounts as folklore, but wrestling with those same conflicting chronicles changed my view on historical interpretation.
