Heat tape is the way to go, that same thing happened to me two winters ago and it drove me crazy until I figured it out. Digging out the line and wrapping the first few feet of pipe is all you really need, anything past that just melts the snow and keeps the ground warm. Some guys I know swear by burying the line deeper with insulation, but for $60 the tape is the cheapest fix that actually works here.

Wait til you look at the actual launch timing. They dropped it the same week two bigger games had huge updates, so nobody even had time to check out the trailer. Name could've been anything and it still would've flopped. The marketing budget was clearly aimed at a different demographic too, like they were trying to grab casual players who weren't gonna buy a dungeon crawler anyway. Boring name was just the cherry on top of a whole mess of bad decisions.
