Filing my third deload week because my clean technique feedback is all over the place

I've been grinding on my clean technique for what feels like forever now. Every time I post a form check video, I get a dozen different pieces of advice. Some commenters insist I need to initiate the pull slower for control, while others yell about generating maximal explosiveness from the floor. Then there's the whole debate about my hip height at setup, with one guru saying they're too low and another claiming they're perfect. This back and forth has me constantly second-guessing my movement, leading to stalled lifts and these annoying deload phases. Honestly, the sheer volume of contradictory information out there makes refining form feel impossible sometimes.
