Burned $60 on a 'lucky' horseshoe from an Etsy shop in Montana
Honestly, I bought this hand-forged horseshoe from a seller who claimed it was from a winning racehorse and would bring good luck to my home office. Ngl, I hung it above my door and immediately got three client cancellations and a coffee spill on my laptop. Anyone else waste money on a superstition item that backfired completely?

Oh man, did you get it from that seller with the photoshopped horse pictures? My buddy bought one from there and his luck went straight downhill too. He hung it in his garage workshop and the next day his table saw kicked back and sent a piece of wood right through his drywall. Then his truck wouldn't start for a week and he found out the alternator was toast. He ended up throwing the horseshoe in the trash and things went back to normal pretty quick. Some of those Etsy shops are just selling scrap metal and calling it magic honestly.

Buddy of mine had the same thing happen. Heard his luck turned after he tossed it.
