Appreciation post: hit 100 flipped houses this week and never expected it
I started flipping houses part time about 8 years ago in Cleveland with a single duplex. Never thought I'd see the day where I'd hit triple digits, but my accountant called me yesterday and told me the count. Every house was a different headache from bad foundations to squatters, but 100 feels like a real number somehow. Anyone else surprised by the milestones they hit over time?

Joel's buddy perfectly captures the thin margins game. Sometimes a whole project just breaks even after all the sweat and stress, which is why the volume game matters. Hitting 100 means you survived all those near-misses and broke even ones to see the real payoff.

Buddy of mine rehabbed a rowhouse in Baltimore for 3 years. He finally sold it and ended up exactly $200 ahead.
