Which GPUs did you end up using? I've found that skipping the top-tier models lets you put more cash into a better CPU or faster RAM, which smooths out gameplay MORE than raw GPU power in a lot of cases. Stuff like the Radeon 6700 XT or the RTX 4060 Ti are TOTAL workhorses for 1440p without killing your wallet. People get so hung up on the flagship card they forget the rest of the system matters too.

Wait, did you just call the 4060 Ti a workhorse for 1440p? That 8GB of VRAM is already a problem in new games, that's kinda wild to me. You're gonna be turning settings down way sooner than with a card that has more memory.
