Spent $300 on a laser level for a big tile job and it was a total waste

I had a 1200 square foot bathroom floor with a complex pattern, so I bought a fancy green laser level thinking it would save me hours. The thing kept losing calibration every time I bumped it, and I ended up going back to my old chalk lines and a 6-foot level to get it right. Has anyone found a laser that actually holds up to being moved around a jobsite all day?

But honestly Jason, even the good brands drift sometimes... it's just how these things work.
