My nail gun jammed for good on a big glue-down job yesterday

It was a 1500 square foot glue-down plank job, and my old pneumatic nailer just locked up halfway through. I tried clearing it, oiling it, even took it apart in the van. The driver blade snapped clean off. Had to run to the rental place and grab a new one for $85 a day, which put me way behind. Anyone have a brand they trust that can handle that kind of volume without quitting?

$85 a day for a rental on top of a dead tool is brutal. A snapped driver blade on a big glue-down is the worst kind of failure. I switched to a Metabo nailer for high-volume work and it just won't die.

I hear you @kaip11, but my old Hitachi nailer is still kicking after years of glue-downs!
