Stop skipping the credits on 'The Bear' season 3, you're missing the actual ending

I've seen at least four friends say they were confused by the finale, and every single one admitted they clicked off before the post-credits scene. The final shot of the main episode is Carmy looking out the window, but the real emotional punch is the 90-second scene after the black screen that shows Sydney's decision. It completely changes the meaning of the whole season's build-up. Did anyone else's streaming service auto-skip and ruin it for them?

Oh man, that's wild. I mean, the whole season felt like it was building to a choice, and leaving that out is a huge miss. No wonder people were confused.
