Rant: The McFlurry machine was actually working for once and I didn't have cash

Went through the drive-thru last Thursday and they said the machine was fine, but their card reader was down. Learned to always keep a $5 bill in my console just for the rare times everything aligns.

...and then last week I hit a drive-thru where the card reader worked but the McFlurry machine was down for cleaning. I swear these machines have some kind of vendetta against us. My buddy told me he keeps ones and fives tucked in his visor for emergencies like this. Now I do it too, even have a little emergency cash in my glovebox for when life decides to mess with my ice cream plans.
