My brother argued that the best fast food fries are the ones you eat in the car, and I think he's onto something.

He said 'the perfect fry is the one you grab from the bag before you even pull out of the parking lot' and now I can't stop thinking about how the whole experience, not just the food, changes the ranking.

Remember when fries came in those little cardboard boats? The best ones always got eaten before you even sat down.

Man, does that bring back a memory. My buddy Mike once got a boat of fries at the mall food court and he was so excited he started eating them right at the counter. He turned around to walk to a table and totally tripped over his own shoelace. The whole boat went flying, fries everywhere, like a salty rain. He just stood there staring at the empty cardboard in his hand. We still give him grief about it.
