Had to choose between Wendy's and Burger King for lunch yesterday

Went with Wendy's because their spicy chicken sandwich is always $5 where I'm at. Burger King's chicken is hit or miss in my town, last time I got it the bun was soggy within 10 minutes. Anyone else notice Wendy's holds up better on a delivery run?

Not sure why we're treating this like a major life decision. Both places are fast food, the quality drops off after five minutes no matter what you order. Wendy's spicy chicken is okay but let's not pretend it's some kind of engineering marvel that stays fresh on a delivery run. The bun on that sandwich gets just as soggy if you let it sit long enough. Seriously, how far are you driving that it matters this much?

Nah I gotta push back here. The distance thing matters way more than you're giving it credit for. If you're driving 15 minutes instead of 5, that's the difference between a warm, crispy chicken sandwich and a sad, sweatbox-trapped hockey puck. Wendy's spicy chicken definitely holds up better than McDonald's or Burger King in my experience, the breading stays on the chicken instead of turning into a wet paste. And their fries actually survive a car ride if you order them fresh and don't close the bag all the way, something I've never seen from any other drive thru. Not saying it's gourmet, but there's a clear winner here depending on your commute.
