Vent: I spent 20 years putting ketchup on my scrambled eggs before my wife pointed out I was ruining them.
She pulled the bottle right out of my hand and said "try it with hot sauce for a week" and now I can't believe I ate sweet goopy eggs for decades, has anyone else had a normal breakfast staple completely ruined by a simple swap?

Man @shane751 nailed it with the mayo on fries, that's another one people sleep on! I swapped mustard for ketchup on my hot dogs a few years back and now regular dogs taste like sugary disappointment to me. Small switch, huge difference, and you never go back once you realize what you were missing.

It's funny how we get so locked into what we're used to that we don't question it for years. Once you break that pattern, it opens the door to questioning a lot of other little habits we just accept without thinking. Small changes like that can really shake up your whole routine in a good way.
