Folding clothes wrong my whole life til my neighbor showed me a trick

I used to stuff tshirts into drawers all crumpled, took me forever to find anything. My neighbor Carol from apartment 3B saw me struggling and showed me her folding board made from a cereal box. She cuts the box into a rectangle, folds the shirt around it, and pulls it out for a perfect square every time. Now my drawer looks like a store display and I can grab any shirt in seconds. Anyone else got weird organization hacks from their neighbors?

Used to think folding boards were kind of silly and extra, like why not just fold it the normal way. But honestly this makes total sense now, especially for someone like me who can never get sleeves to line up right. Gotta respect Carol's cereal box hack, that's some real practical wisdom right there.

My buddy Mark was the same way, stuffed all his hoodies in a pile like a wild animal. His neighbor taught him the "military roll" for t-shirts and it changed his whole system. Now he can fit twice as much in his drawers and nothing gets wrinkled. He swears by it and even made a folding board out of an old Amazon box after seeing Carol's trick here. Its funny how the simplest things from other people just click.
