Noticed a weird uptick in clients asking for pore vacuums this month

I've been doing facials for about 7 years now (started at a spa in Portland, Oregon back in 2018) and suddenly last week I had 3 people ask specifically for pore vacuuming. I don't even own one of those handheld suction devices. Has anyone else seen this trend pop up out of nowhere, or is it just my client base getting TikTok recommendations?

Oh honey, is TikTok telling people to vacuum their faces now? Next thing you know they'll be asking for a Dyson attachment for their pores.

Heard some dermatologist say it's basically micro-tearing your skin. Bad idea.

@margaret234 basically, tell them it's just a glorified pore sucker and to save their money.
