Client cried after I showed her what her skin could look like

Had a 45 year old woman come in last Tuesday with deep sun damage and hyperpigmentation. She told me she'd given up on ever having clear skin. I did a full facial with enzyme peel and LED therapy. Afterward I held up the mirror and she just broke down crying. Said she hadn't recognized herself in years without foundation. I only charged her $80 because I felt for her. She booked a 6 session package on the spot. Has anyone else had a client get emotional after a treatment like that?

$80 for a facial sounds cheap. Sounds like she was just happy to save money, not that you changed her life.
