Hit my 1000th drywall booth install last month

Did my 1000th drywall booth in a Costco near Phoenix. Everyone raves about the vacuums and the sanding sponges, but nobody talks about how much your knees take. That milestone made me realize I need knee pads that actually stay put, not the cheap foam ones that slide down after 5 minutes. Anybody got a brand that holds up on a full 8 hour shift?

The 3M ones with the hard shell and gel inside. Bought a pair off Amazon two years ago. They slide a little after a few months but I just tighten the straps mid day. The gel packs save my knees on concrete floors and tile. I tried the foam ones you mentioned, total waste of money. They bunch up behind my knees by hour two.

@cole_hall sounds like you're fighting a war with your knees and the straps are the generals... just a matter of who surrenders first between the gel packs and the bunching.
