My old phone accidentally recorded 3 hours of audio in my pocket and I learned something scary

Dude I had something similar happen but it wasn't a phone it was a voice recorder I forgot to turn off after recording a lecture. Picked up 45 minutes of me muttering to myself while walking to my car. Nothing crazy but hearing how I talk to myself when I think no one is listening was weird. Made me realize I spend way too much energy complaining about small stuff out loud. Probably good for people to hear themselves like that once in a while. At least you didn't record yourself singing in the car that would be way more embarrassing.

Hmm, idk I actually think recording yourself singing in the car might be less weird than muttering to yourself for 45 minutes. At least singing is you doing something, you know? I recorded myself once by accident and it was like 30 minutes of me just repeating "ugh why did I say that" and "great, now they think I'm an idiot." Honestly made me realize I'm way harder on myself than I need to be. Maybe it depends on the person though.
