Just realized how long it takes to scrub your Google history clean
I spent an entire Saturday afternoon trying to delete old location tracking from Google Maps. 6 hours went by and I only got through 3 years of data. The other side of this is that all that history actually helped me find a restaurant I visited in Denver back in 2019. So is it worth the hassle to wipe everything or do we just accept the trade off for convenience? I'm curious how many people have actually finished cleaning their whole digital footprint.

My friend spent weeks erasing her history and then cried when she couldn't find that photo from her cousin's wedding.
