Struggled between a coworking membership or just cafes in Lisbon for 3 months

I picked the coworking space (impact hub, $150/month) because I needed reliable AC and a printer, but now I kinda miss the free coffee and people-watching at cafes. Has anyone found a good middle ground that works for them?

Man, it's just coffee and a place to sit.

Yeah "just coffee and a place to sit" really misses the point though. I read somewhere that a lot of remote workers actually do a split routine - like 2 days at a coworking space for the serious stuff and 3 days at cafes for the social buzz. That seems like a smart middle ground to me. The AC and printer are huge when you actually need them, but I get missing the cafe vibe. Maybe you could grab a cheaper drop-in pass for impact hub and use it when you have deadlines or need to print, then hit cafes the rest of the time.
