Just hit my 1 year mark and found out most nomads burn out way sooner

I was looking at some stats from a remote work survey yesterday and saw that the average digital nomad only lasts 18 months before going back to a fixed location. I'm at 13 months myself and honestly thought I was struggling, but turns out I'm actually doing pretty okay. I found this data on the Nomad List blog when I was checking visa info for Thailand. Has anyone else looked up the average time people spend doing this?

Well, I'm a bit shocked it's as low as 18 months, I'd figured most folks would hit the two year mark at least. I'm coming up on 15 months myself and it's been a mixed bag, so maybe that data is spot on.

Hang in there @holly_price, 15 months is a solid run. That 18 month number feels right to me too, everyone hits their wall different.
