Hit 50 countries last month and it messed with my head
I crossed into Georgia after 4 years of nomading and realized I'd been to 50 countries. That number felt huge but also kind of hollow. I spent most of that time bouncing between coworking spots in Bangkok, Medellin, and Lisbon. Has anyone else hit a big milestone and felt more confused than proud?

Just start keeping a list of cool cafes instead... that one mattered more.

That phrase "just start keeping a list of cool cafes" really stuck with me @grant826. I actually read this thing online the other day about how people's brains work differently when they write stuff down versus just thinking about it. The article said that physically writing a list actually helps you let go of things you're dwelling on because your brain treats it like a completed task. It's wild how something so simple can rewire your thinking. I started doing it for little things like favorite bookstores and the views I like around town. It's genuinely made me notice more good stuff throughout my day.
