Had to pick between cheap coworking and a cafe in Medellin - not what I expected
I was in Medellin last month and had to decide between a $150/month coworking spot in Laureles or just working from cafes for free. I went with the coworking because I figured I'd get more done, but the WiFi kept dropping during Zoom calls and the vibe was dead. Anyone else regret paying for a space when cafes worked better?

The "dead vibe" thing is exactly why I stopped paying for coworking. Most of them feel like a quiet library with bad snacks, and you're better off finding a cafe with decent tables. A place with some background noise and good coffee is easier to focus in than a sterile room.

Honestly, @umac71 is right, the worst coworking spots kill your energy with that forced quiet and bad snacks.
