Visited a small agency in Denver and saw they run all client reporting through a free Notion template
They had a dashboard tracking 30+ KPIs across 12 clients without paying a dime for software, and the whole team could edit it in real time, has anyone else found a free tool that actually scales past 5 clients?

Man, that's wild that they pulled that off with just a free template? I did the same thing last year with a simple Google Sheet setup for my side hustle, hooked it up to some free data feeds, and it handled 8 clients no problem until I hit a wall with automation.
