Spent $800 on a fancy CRM and wish I had just stuck with spreadsheets

I run a small agency in Austin and got talked into buying this all-in-one CRM from a guy at a conference last spring. Cost me $800 for the year subscription. Sure it tracks calls and emails but honestly I spend more time clicking around menus than I ever did updating my Google Sheets. Has anybody else gone back to simple tools after dropping cash on a "pro" system?

Hate to say it but $800 for a year is pretty cheap for a CRM, most of them run that per month. Could be you just got a bad fit, some of those cheaper ones are clunky as all hell.

$800 a year still stings when you barely use half the features though.
