Can we talk about hitting a 90% client retention rate after switching our reporting?

We switched from monthly PDFs to a live dashboard last quarter, and seeing that number made me realize how much clients just want to feel in the loop without extra work.

Consider the clients who never open the dashboard but still stay. They might just value the option to look more than the data itself.

Clark's point about people liking the option to look is so true. It's like paying for a gym membership you never use, just to feel like you could get fit. The dashboard is basically a very expensive security blanket for those clients.
