She pulled up my portfolio at her desk and said the shadows just mushed together, and honestly she was right, so I started checking every export on a cheap old Android before I post it, and it's weird how much that one comment changed my whole setup, has anyone else had a curator or buyer point out something about your files you never noticed?
Switched to viewing my own site on my phone's data instead of wifi and that was a bigger slap in the face than any gallery comment. Everything loads slower and the colors get weirdly warm on mobile, so now half my editing is done staring at a tiny cracked screen. Most people will never see your work on a nice monitor, they see it squished into a feed while riding the bus.
