The bus transfer that broke my brain, now I always check the flip side
Last Tuesday I grabbed a transfer from the 66 downtown and hopped on the 14 thinking I was set for the day. Turns out the driver stamped it on the back side where I never look, and the machine on the 14 refused it because it read the front as expired. I had to scrounge up the exact change in my pocket while the driver waited, which was awkward. Now I flip any ticket over before I leave the window, takes two seconds and saves me the shame. Anyone else get burned by a hidden stamp or is this just a transit thing in my city?
