That 20 minute password reset ate my whole lunch break
I spent an hour and a half yesterday fighting a password reset portal that kept looping me back to the login page, finally had to call support in Des Moines and they fixed it in 4 minutes. Does anyone else feel like these simple fixes always take the longest when you're already running late?
