My neighbor's leaf blower at 7am finally broke me this morning

I live in a small town outside Austin and this guy starts up his gas leaf blower every Saturday at 7am sharp. I get leaves happen but he's blowing like 3 leaves across his driveway for 45 minutes straight. Today I actually yelled out my window asking him to wait until 9am and he just waved and kept going. Has anyone else dealt with a neighbor who refuses to be reasonable about noise times?

A 7am start on a Saturday is pretty reasonable for yard work in Texas before it gets too hot. Maybe you could offer to help him blow his leaves at 9am instead, just a thought.

Honestly, you said "pretty reasonable" but what's actually reasonable about firing up a leaf blower before 8am on a Saturday? Like, I get that Texas heat is brutal, but have you ever actually lived next to a leaf blower at 7am on a weekend? That noise cuts right through walls and windows, nobody is sleeping through that racket. Why is it the neighbor's problem to "offer to help" instead of the guy with the blower just waiting an extra hour or two? Tbh, seems like the burden's on the wrong person here.
