Hit 450,000 miles on my truck this morning

Looked down at the odometer on the way to work and there it was, 450,000 miles on my old F-150. Bought it back in 2007 with 110k already on it, never thought I'd see it roll past a third of a million. Something about hitting that round number just made me sit in the driveway for a minute thinking about all the places that truck has taken me. Anyone else have a vehicle that just keeps going way past what you expected?

That 'sat in the driveway for a minute' part really got me. I read somewhere that most trucks are only built to last around 200,000 miles if you're lucky, so 450k is just incredible. You must have taken really good care of it, or maybe that old F-150 just has a stubborn soul.

Huh yeah that old Ford just refused to quit, reminds me of my buddy's Tacoma that hit 300k then just...
