Question about my password manager failing on me last Tuesday

I was working on a project for a client in Austin and needed to log into their admin panel real quick. Went to grab the password from my manager like I always do and it just crashed. The app froze up and then closed out completely. I tried reopening it three times and same thing happened each time. Finally I had to reset the database from a backup I keep on a thumb drive, which took like 45 minutes. Has anyone else had a password manager just die on them like that? I'm thinking about switching to a different one but not sure what's more reliable.

Oh man, that sucks. I had the same thing happen with Bitwarden last year, turned out it was a corrupted local cache and clearing the app data fixed it for me.
