Watched a cashier at Home Depot in Toledo ignore a customer for 10 minutes.
They were on their phone scrolling Instagram while this old guy stood there holding a plumbing part, so I finally just walked over and helped him find the aisle myself, and now I wonder if I should complain to the manager or just never go back there on a Saturday again?

Used to defend these stores but watching that guy get ignored changed my mind.

Man I read something about how big box stores stopped caring about customer service years ago. That's just ridiculous though, I'd say something to the manager.
