Saw a guy at the hardware store get his refund in under a minute because he had his receipt
I was behind him in line at the Ace in Scottsdale, and he had the item and the paper receipt ready. The clerk scanned it, handed him cash, done. The next person took 15 minutes arguing about a store credit for something they bought months ago. Keeping that little piece of paper saves everyone's time and stops the whole line. How hard is it to just put it in your wallet?

It's the same with people who don't read the instructions first. They waste everyone's time figuring out basic stuff.
