My new coffee maker gave up after just two weeks
I bought a basic drip machine from a big box store last month, and it started leaking all over the counter yesterday morning. I called the company's support line, and the person I spoke with was very patient. They asked for the model number and are sending a replacement unit out right away, no extra charge. Has anyone else had a good experience with a company's warranty service lately?

Always keep the box and receipt for the first month, makes returns way easier. Did they say how long the new one will take to arrive?

Yeah the "keep the box and receipt" thing is a whole modern life rule now. It feels like we're all part-time warehouse managers for our own stuff, just waiting for it to break. I have a closet shelf just for empty boxes because you never know.
