Wind gust caught my load on a site in Denver last month

I was setting a steel beam on a new apartment building when a sudden 40 mph gust hit the side of the load, swinging it toward the crew below. I hit the emergency stop and used the trolley to pull it back over the pad, but my heart was pounding for an hour. What's your go-to move when the weather turns that fast?
