That one week where everything went wrong on my route
Last Tuesday I hit a pothole so bad it popped my tire, then my phone died before I could call dispatch, and the customer's gate code was wrong. I ended up spending 45 minutes waiting for roadside help in the rain. Three other deliveries got pushed to the next day and my rating took a hit. Has anyone else had a day where small stuff just stacked up like that?

@simon_sanchez58 I actually see this a little different. A bad day like that is usually just one major screw up that dominoes everything else. For me the worst was a blown tire on a dirt road where I had no signal for an hour. Once I got back to town I was already behind and rushed everything, which made me screw up two more deliveries on my own. Some of it is just bad luck but I think half of the "stacking up" is us panicking after the first thing goes wrong.

Man I used to think people were just exaggerating about the whole "one thing after another" day. Not anymore. Had a shift where I locked my keys in the truck, then the package I needed was buried under three other loadouts, and by the time I got to the customer their dog was loose in the yard. Took me 20 minutes to get someone to help me get back in and another 15 to find the package. Three deliveries got marked as late and my score dropped a full point. It really does pile up faster than youd think.
