I finally bought a signal jammer to test the '5G tracking' theory
Dropped about $80 on a small unit from an online store. Set it up near my router for a week. My phone's location accuracy went way down, but so did my wifi speed. Honestly felt more like a tech issue than proof of a tracking grid. Still, seeing the GPS struggle was kinda wild. Anyone else try something like this to check a theory?

What about trying a faraday bag for your phone instead?

That's just putting a band-aid on a bullet hole. The real problem is needing to be reachable 24/7 for work. A bag just means I'd forget it in there and miss calls.

Actually, that's the whole point of a faraday bag. It blocks all signals so the phone can't ring at all. You wouldn't miss calls because they wouldn't come through in the first place. It's for when you truly need to be offline, not just quiet. You put it in there to create a real break, not to ignore the noise. The bag makes you unreachable on purpose.
