Switched from hand floats to a power trowel for big garage slabs, night and day

Tbh I used to spend all day on my knees with a magnesium float finishing 30x30 garages in Tulsa. Last spring I rented a walk-behind power trowel for a 40x50 pour and it cut my finishing time in half. The trick is getting the concrete to the right set before you put it down, once the bleed water is gone it rides smooth. I still hand float the edges and around the forms though, the machine can't get those tight spots. Has anyone else found a specific brand of trowel blades that last longer than the cheap ones?
