My bus pass just hit 1,000 trips logged
I was checking my transit app this morning and the counter said 1,000 rides. I got this pass when I started my job downtown three years ago. It made me realize I've basically lived on the number 42 bus line. Has anyone else been surprised by a number like that from their daily travel?

That's a lot of time on the 42.

Know exactly what you mean. I used to take that bus every day for work. You start to notice the same people, the regular delays at that one bad intersection, even which seats squeak. It becomes its own little world, just rolling through the city. After a while, you could probably drive the route yourself with your eyes closed.
