Shoutout to that concrete pour in Dubai that got stopped by a passing camel race

Honestly, seeing camels sprint past a tower site was wild.

Dealt with a similar thing when a herd of goats wandered onto our build site in Arizona. We just paused the dig and let them mosey through (trying to shoo them would have taken ages). One of the locals knew the herder and gave him a quick call. He came by on his four-wheeler and rounded them up in no time. Basically, you learn to work around the local wildlife sometimes. A short wait beats a big hassle every time.

Was that a regular thing with those goats, or just a one time visit? Worst part is they always look so smug about holding up the whole job.

That bit about the goats moseying through in Arizona sounds about right. My attempt at being a wildlife wrangler once involved a donkey on a site access road. I spent three hours with a bag of carrots before it moved, and the crew still brings it up. Definitely should have just waited it out.
